Building Project Representative

Introduction Our client is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their Concord, Ontario office. This is a fully in-office position, ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and values long-term stability. Fluency in French and English is required.
You will manage full-cycle sales orders, support internal teams, and serve as a key point of contact for clients in the food and grocery sector. Your work will directly support the outside sales team and ensure timely, accurate order processing.
Enter and manage approximately 20 customer orders daily using a proprietary ERP system
Follow up with accounting on credit terms and with purchasing on non-inventory items
Manage RMAs and track open orders
Distribute orders internally for shipping
Fluently bilingual in English and French, both spoken and written
~2 to 3 years of experience in order entry or customer service within a product-focused environment
~ Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
~ Post-secondary education required
~ Must be willing to complete a criminal background check post-offer
50,000 to $55,000 base salary (up to $60,000 for highly experienced bilingual candidates)
~3 weeks vacation
