Davis Orthodontics is seeking an outgoing coordinator to support patients and families throughout treatment discussions. The position requires clear communication, strong interpersonal skills, customer service, and confidence presenting options. You will also manage insurance information, payments, documentation, appointment follow-up, and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the initial contact for orthodontic patients and inquiries
- Make follow-up calls and assist with re-booking appointments
- Present treatment choices and financial information with clarity
- Coordinate coverage questions, payments, and complete documentation
- Perform administrative and patient care duties as required
Requirements:
- Dental Administration experience
- Ability to make people feel comfortable through communication
- Customer service skills and relationship-building flair
- Sales experience preferred when presenting informed choices
- Positive, collaborative attitude with strong organization
