- Manage relationships with existing and potential clients
- Plan and oversee project activities and staffing
- Direct project personnel towards successful completion
- Prepare status reports and dashboard metrics
- Provide technical advice and mentorship to team members
- Engineering degree (mechanical, chemical, electrical, industrial)
- P.Eng. status or progress towards it in Ontario
- 6-8 years in pharmaceutical engineering
- Expertise in project management methodologies
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
