SourceCode Staffing is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Assist in candidate sourcing through various channels.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and contribute to the recruitment strategy.
- Learn and utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment activities.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates and assist in managing client relationships.
- Healthcare Recruitment preferred
- High Volume Recruitment
