- Mentor and guide Valuation Associates in their professional growth
- Conduct property inspections as required
- Manage client relationships to ensure ongoing engagement
- Navigate industry trends and propose innovative solutions
- 7+ years of relevant experience in valuation or similar field
- Bachelor of Commerce or MBA, with AACI Designation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication with an eye for detail
