Key Responsibilities
• Direct and manage all production operations effectively
• Oversee execution of daily production schedules
• Monitor KPIs for performance analysis and corrective actions
• Collaborate across departments to enhance operational efficiency
• Support workforce planning and maintain union relations
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business
• Minimum 10 years of experience in operations leadership
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
• Familiarity with relevant ISO and OHSA regulations
