As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the voice of ForgeFit, ensuring our customers have a smooth and positive experience from order to installation and beyond. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care Help customers with orders, shipping questions, product details, and troubleshooting Keep accurate records of customer interactions using CRM Proactively follow up on customer needs and ensure satisfaction Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ForgeFit’s product lines and service policies 1+ years of experience in a customer service, support, or client-facing role ~ Comfortable using CRM or support tools ~ A positive attitude and genuine desire to help others ~ Competitive hourly pay based on experience ~ Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off ~100% remote work with a collaborative and supportive team ~ Ongoing training and opportunities for career growth ~ Ready to help gyms get stronger with ForgeFit? #
