General Accountability

Reporting to the Manager, Office Services, the Office Services Clerk is responsible for providing support to all areas within office services and facilities.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Completing printing, faxing, photocopying, scanning, sorting and document assembly requests.
  • Operating and maintaining, photocopier, e-fax, scanner, binder, and other office/computer equipment. Arrange for service calls as required.
  • Retrieving and distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence in a timely manner (e.g. mail, fax, courier, interoffice, etc.).
  • Manage the procurement, inventory, distribution, and replenishment of office supplies, ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained.
  • Provide support for office events and meeting spaces, including boardroom and event set-up, takedown, and cleanup as required.
  • Assisting with internal office moves.
  • Assisting Reception, Hospitality, Central Services, and other departments as required.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Ability to communicate and work well within a team environment.
  • Self-motivated with ability to perform duties under minimal direction/
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Adobe.
  • Knowledge of general office procedures.
  • Previous experience and a print / production shop or legal office is considered an asset.
  • Professional deportment and presence.
  • Ability to list and move supplies (maximum 30 lbs).

Compensation + Benefits

The typical salary range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal and market equity.
