YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking motivated developers who are passionate about building modern digital solutions across web, mobile, APIs, cloud platforms & emerging technologies. You'll work alongside architects, engineers, designers & product stakeholders to deliver solutions for enterprise clients and internal innovation initiatives.

Building frontend applications using React, Angular or modern web frameworks

Developing backend services and APIs using Java, Node.js or similar technologies

Supporting cloud-native deployments using Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines

Participating in Agile delivery teams and sprint ceremonies

Building prototypes, proofs of concept and innovation solutions

Contributing to mobile or AI initiatives where relevant

Solving real business problems through software engineering best practices

This position resides in Toronto and is a 4-month work term commencing in January 2027. All applicants must be eligible to work full-time in Canada and enrolled full-time in an eligible post-secondary program. It is mandatory that applicants return to full-time studies upon completion of the work term. Candidates pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degrees are eligible. MBA and PhD candidates are not eligible for this opportunity.

REQUIRED EDUCATION High School Diploma/GED

PREFERRED EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree

REQUIRED TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE

Understanding of software development fundamentals such as debugging, APIs, version control and problem solving

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn independently

Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

PREFERRED TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Experience with React, Angular or other frontend frameworks

Familiarity with Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, or REST APIs

Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, or GCP

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes

Exposure to AI tools, automation, workflows

Personal projects, hackathons, co-op experience or open-source contributions

Apply AI capabilities (e.g., large language models, computer vision, generative AI or automation APIs) to real-world use cases
