Step into a leadership role with The Brick as a Retail Operations Supervisor, where your expertise in customer service will shine. This position supports a thriving retail environment focused on growth. We are searching for an enthusiastic Operations Supervisor to join The Brick's management team. In this role, you will oversee store operations, recruit and mentor staff, and address customer service challenges effectively. Your focus will be on maintaining exemplary merchandising standards while ensuring compliance with all company procedures. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure excellence in customer service and store presentation
- Recruit, train, and develop team members through coaching
- Resolve complex customer service issues, providing effective solutions
- Lead and promote teamwork across all store departments
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and reporting
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education an asset
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales
- Previous supervisory experience in retail is beneficial
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings
