Lead and support Atlassian Data Center to Cloud migrations, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption. Design, configure, and maintain Atlassian Cloud and Data Center customizations, workflows, and automations. Develop and maintain requirements documents, support guides, and process documentation for integrations and platform transitions. Analyze existing workflows and processes, identifying improvement opportunities and optimization paths. Collaborate with teams following Agile / SAFe methodologies to deliver projects effectively. Utilize scripting and automation skills in Groovy and Python to support platform operations. Work with REST APIs, SQL, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) to support data analysis and integrations. Ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives through strong stakeholder engagement and communication. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience with Atlassian Products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.) in Data Center and Cloud environments. Hands-on experience with Atlassian customizations, automations, and integrations. Strong Business Systems Analysis (BSA) skills – requirements gathering, process mapping, system analysis, and documentation. Familiarity with Agile frameworks (SAFe preferred). Scripting proficiency in Groovy and Python (preferred). Understanding of REST APIs and SQL/database analysis. Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Atlassian Certifications (e.g., ACP-620, ACP-100, ACP-420, or Cloud equivalents). Prior experience in Atlassian Cloud migration projects. Exposure to DevOps environments and automation workflows.
