Utilize scripting and automation skills in Groovy and Python to support platform operations. Work with REST APIs, SQL, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) to support data analysis and integrations. Ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives through strong stakeholder engagement and communication. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience with Atlassian Products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.) in Data Center and Cloud environments. Hands-on experience with Atlassian customizations, automations, and integrations. Strong Business Systems Analysis (BSA) skills – requirements gathering, process mapping, system analysis, and documentation. Familiarity with Agile frameworks (SAFe preferred). Scripting proficiency in Groovy and Python (preferred). Understanding of REST APIs and SQL/database analysis. Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Atlassian Certifications (e.g., ACP-620, ACP-100, ACP-420, or Cloud equivalents). Prior experience in Atlassian Cloud migration projects. Exposure to DevOps environments and automation workflows.
