Take on a pivotal customer service role at Nedco in Peterborough, ON, as an Inside Sales and Customer Support professional. Drive business by processing quotations and answering customer inquiries. Nedco, under the Rexel umbrella, seeks a dedicated Inside Sales/Quotations Associate with a minimum of two years in sales. Your commitment will be critical in ensuring that customers receive high-quality service. Responsibilities include processing orders, managing inquiries, and following up on quotations to foster lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve customers through phone and email interactions
- Handle daily order processing and quotation requests
- Confirm stock levels and recommend alternatives
- Make follow-up calls on pending quotations
- Perform outbound calls to enhance business opportunities
- Minimum two years experience in inside sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- AS400 knowledge is beneficial
- Experience in the electrical industry is a plus
