Join Erosion Control Central in Edmonton as an Experienced Skid Steer Operator. This role focuses on residential site grading and requires a dedication to quality and safety in construction work. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of a year’s experience operating skid steers, specializing in residential projects. In this full-time position, you will manage grading, mark and check grades, and collaborate closely with the crew to achieve project goals efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate skid steer for effective grading and loaming duties
- Mark grades accurately while working from plans
- Safely handle materials and direct truck operations
- Install and maintain site erosion control measures
- Ensure the job site is clean after project completion
- 1 year skid steer operating experience in residential construction
- Proven ability in grading and loaming techniques
- Knowledge of safety standards and practices on construction sites
- Dependable with strong teamwork skills
- Willing to mentor junior operators when necessary
