Enhance procurement functions as a Sourcing Advisor at O.E.M. Remanufacturing Company. Optimize parts availability and improve fill rates for Finning and its customers through effective systems and processes. This permanent role at O.E.M. focuses on critical component ordering and coordination tasks. You will manage end-to-end procurement within the Exchange Program, ensuring timely delivery and cost-efficiency. Collaborating closely with suppliers and departments, your efforts will positively impact supply chain management and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Order components from suppliers and rebuild centers
- Define priorities and monitor rebuild orders
- Create purchase orders aligned with inventory needs
- Expedite emergency orders for timely fulfillment
- Collaborate with various internal teams to solve issues
- 0-2 years of relevant parts or service experience
- Knowledge of Lawson system or MRP is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with supply chain management processes
