We are looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Foreman to supervise our commercial HVAC projects at Wiehler Mechanical Ltd. in Calgary. This role requires a Journeyperson Certification and at least five years in the HVAC field. You will manage job site coordination, support your team, and ensure all work meets specifications and quality standards while prioritizing safety. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise HVAC activities on job sites
- Guide and mentor a team of Journeypersons and Apprentices
- Ensure accurate interpretation of blueprints and specifications
- Maintain compliance with safety and local plumbing codes
- Coordinate work schedules to meet deadlines
- Valid Journeyperson Certification
- Five years of hands-on HVAC experience
- Knowledge of duct systems and sheet metal fabrication
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Clean driver’s license and the ability to travel
