In this pivotal role, you'll lead Rotaflow's accounting and finance initiatives, driving modernization and process efficiency. You will collaborate closely with project managers to deliver financial insights that support business decisions and project profitability. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise monthly and annual close processes for accuracy
- Analyze financial data for strategy formulation
- Maintain compliance with tax regulations and reporting standards
- Guide job costing and Work in Progress reporting efforts
- Mentor a finance team to achieve operational excellence
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred
- 7+ years in accounting, including 3 years as a Controller
- Familiarity with construction industry accounting practices
- Proficiency in financial software tools
- Strong mentorship and communication skills
