You will collaborate with various teams to enhance network capabilities and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead engineering execution on new RAN features
• Document feature performance and identify gaps
• Conduct lab testing and field trials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for validation
• Drive corrective actions with technology vendors

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5–10 years in RF optimization or telecommunications
• Strong experience with LTE and 5G technologies
• Proficiency in OSS analytics and KPI analysis
