Ready for a new permanent Senior Legal Administrative Assistant role where you will make a direct impact? Robert Half Legal is partnering with a highly reputable Family Law firm to find a talented Senior LAA to join their team in Vancouver. About the Opportunity: You will primarily support two lawyers in a busy practice that exclusively focuses on Family. Core responsibilities will include managing the lawyers' calendars, scheduling appointments and court appearances, preparing and filing court documents, drafting and proofreading legal correspondence and conducting court searches as required. What You Bring: 4+ years of experience as an LAA in general civil litigation. family law experience is strongly preferred. The ability to effectively manage a high volume desk using excellent prioritization and critical thinking skills. Strong organizational and self-management skills. Highly organized detail oriented and proactive. Excellent computer skills and ideally knowledge of Divorcemate and NetDocuments. Compensation and Perks: Competitive base salary.
