In this role, the ideal candidate will have a Red Seal Certification and several years of hands-on experience. You will engage in various welding techniques and work with heavy metals, ensuring that all projects meet stringent specifications. The role is physically demanding and requires attention to detail in a variety of environments. Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and follow welding blueprints
• Operate welding and cutting equipment effectively
• Monitor and assess the quality of welds
• Fit and straighten heavy metal components
• Work on custom and marine repair projects

Requirements:

• Welder Trade Red Seal Certificate required
• 2-3 years of related work experience
• Fall Arrest Protection Training
• Capable of lifting heavy loads (up to 100 lbs)
• Valid driver’s license necessary for the role
