Drive retail operations and inventory accuracy as a Victoria’s Secret & Co Operations Supervisor focused on back-of-house standards and store readiness.
As a values-based leader, you will support operational execution while reporting to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned. Your responsibilities include shipment, replenishment, stock organization, cleanliness, safety, and compliance. You will also coach associates and leaders while modeling company values and leadership competencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory and organized stock areas
- Execute replenishment and shipment processes
- Support clean, safe, compliant store operations
- Escalate operational issues when identified
- Lead zoning, team selling, and personal selling
Requirements:
- Lead and demonstrate company values
- Coach and develop associates and leaders
- Execute assigned Daily Work Force Management actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners
- Model behaviors linked to leadership competencies
Apply operational execution, inventory management, coaching, and compliance leadership to support Victoria’s Secret & Co store performance.
