Lead store operations and customer service at TJX Canada’s WINNERS location in Duncan, British Columbia. Guide Associates and strengthen daily execution.
As a Retail Store Coordinator, you will lead and inspire Associates while supporting customer experiences. The position covers visual merchandising, back room operations, merchandise processing, and service policies. You will also help align teams, prioritize tasks, and develop Associates through training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive operational excellence across visual merchandising and merchandise processing
- Maintain customer service and store operation standards
- Provide updates and ensure team alignment
- Plan, prioritize, and guide daily tasks
- Train Associates in service policies and procedures
Requirements:
- One to two years of retail or service experience
- Strong understanding of customer needs and operational processes
- Collaborative mindset supporting effective teamwork
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong communication and time management skills
