The Lead Planner Scheduler reports to the Project Controls Manager and leads the planning function for large projects. You'll develop, maintain, and monitor complex project schedules while collaborating closely with project managers and clients. This client-facing role offers the chance to ensure timely project delivery through effective planning and scheduling practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project schedules with key milestones
- Conduct internal/external schedule audits as needed
- Monitor project progress against baseline schedules
- Integrate cost and schedule data into project reports
- Mentor junior planners in planning and scheduling practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 8+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management principles
