Join Top Hat as a Full Stack Engineer within our Data Insights team Drive impactful projects, innovate with AI, and enhance the learning experience for students and professors. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for managing the full software development lifecycle. Your role includes collaborating across functions to design and build high-impact user-focused features while driving continuous improvement in our products. Your ideas and proactive approach will contribute to enhancing both technology and education. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead software development lifecycle on key projects
- Experiment with innovative solutions to improve products
- Utilize AI technologies in day-to-day operations
- Work collaboratively in a cross-functional scrum team
- Resolve bugs and tackle technical challenges
- Minimum of 3 years in full-stack software development
- Proficiency in React and experience with Django/FastAPI
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to producing high-quality, tested code
