This role is responsible for supervising Area Leads, Specialists, and hourly associates, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and driving operational improvements. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and supervise assigned teams to meet productivity, quality, and client objectives. Lead and manage Area Leads, Specialists, and hourly associates. Communicate effectively with the client and ensure operational processes align with client expectations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and DOT standards. Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify and implement operational improvements. Coordinate with carriers, customers, and internal departments to resolve service-related issues. Support implementation of company objectives, policies, and continuous improvement plans. Evaluate site operations for quality, safety, and customer support; understanding of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and Lean principles is an asset. Communicate effectively with partners, customers, and site associates. Manage staffing activities including hiring, performance evaluations, development opportunities, and promotions. Partner with HR on performance management and corrective actions. Requirements Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university. 1–3 years of shift leadership experience (Team Lead or Supervisor). Experience in 3PL distribution required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) preferred.
