Join Sproule ERCE as a Finance Manager in Calgary. Lead an accounting team while ensuring compliance with IFRS and enhancing financial operations for diverse entities. We are on the lookout for a driven Finance Manager to take charge of financial reporting and operations. Reporting directly to the Controller, you will ensure accuracy in financial data while leading a dynamic accounting team. Your strong technical background in IFRS and experience with consolidations are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage trial balances for multiple entities
- Review monthly working papers and journal entries
- Prepare and present monthly variance analyses
- Oversee daily accounting activities and team support
- Assist Controller with multi-currency consolidations
- CPA with a minimum of 4 years of experience
- Proven team management skills
- In-depth IFRS technical proficiency
- Knowledge of the purchases-to-payables cycle
- Experience in industry consolidation processes
