Our client, a leading research based pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a high-performing Key Account Manager to drive growth within a complex portfolio focused on high unmet need. This is a true ownership role, centered on delivering results, expanding access, and influencing treatment pathways across an underserved therapeutic landscape. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment where strong commercial execution and strategic account management are critical to success.
Own and deliver on territory sales targets through focused, disciplined execution
Develop and execute a strategic, data-driven territory plan aligned with market reality and brand strategy
Identify growth opportunities and proactively adapt strategy to maximize performance
Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders including specialists, primary care providers, nurses, pharmacists, and institutional decision-makers
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, coordinating cross-functional support as needed
Deliver clear, compliant, and impactful clinical conversations aligned with approved materials
Translate complex clinical data into meaningful, value-based discussions
Support and participate in educational initiatives, meetings, and conferences
Leverage digital and omni-channel tools to enhance customer engagement
Maintain accurate CRM documentation, reporting, and territory insights
Operate in full compliance with all regulatory and company standards
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or a related field
~5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in hospital/specialty sales
~ Proven track record of strong sales performance in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
~ Valid driver’s license and ability to travel (25-40%) within territory
~ Flexibility for occasional evening and weekend commitments
~ Ability to build and manage strategic relationships across multiple stakeholders
~ Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate insights into action
~ Highly organized with effective territory management capabilities
~ Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
