Lead PCX operations at Zehrs through colleague coaching, customer focus, and merchandising standards. Help grow sales while strengthening daily retail performance.
As PCX Manager, you will lead, coach, and motivate colleagues while supporting productivity, engagement, and retention. This leadership role centers on customer delight, sales growth, merchandising standards, operational standards, and departmental financial objectives. You will also help identify talented people for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead colleagues across PCX operations and daily retail activities
- Coach and motivate colleagues to improve productivity and engagement
- Maintain merchandising and operational standards consistently
- Manage accountability for departmental financial objectives
- Identify talented candidates for the Zehrs team
Requirements:
- Proven record of delighting customers and growing sales
- Open-minded approach to changing retail priorities
- Responsive attitude toward change and new challenges
- Readiness for challenges in retail operations
- Ability to complete a criminal background check if eighteen or older
