  • Build, maintain, and deepen client relationships, demonstrating subject matter expertise and a consultative approach to problem-solving.

Operational Excellence & Systems Innovation

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of real estate managed services, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and reliable solutions

Financial & Technical Expertise

  • Guide the build and review of sophisticated financial models, including discounted cash flow, development feasibility, investment scenarios, and portfolio analyses

  • Provide insights into valuation methodologies, risk assessments, and capital market trends

  • Support real estate transaction advisory services, including due diligence, data room coordination, and financial/commercial analysis

Team Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead, mentor, and coach diverse teams to achieve high performance, fostering an inclusive culture that values different perspectives and continuous learning

  • Provide ongoing constructive feedback and professional development opportunities for team members at various levels

  • Champion collaboration across PwC’s national and global network, sharing technical knowledge and best practices

Thought Leadership & Industry Engagement

  • Stay abreast of emerging trends including ESG, sustainability, digital transformation, and regulatory developments to inform client solutions and PwC practice evolution

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Integration

  • Work closely with other PwC lines of service (Deals, Consulting, Tax, etc.) to identify and secure integrated solutions for clients.

  • Participate in real assets and restructuring projects that include real estate components, supporting PwC’s broader deal ecosystem.

What You'll Bring
