We are looking to hire a parts clerk for our loyal customer, a leader in the recreational vehicle industry. *** Your tasks will mainly consist of : - Provide excellent customer service - Demonstrate a constant commitment to meeting customer needs - Be able to handle customers who are concerned or uncertain about their purchases, either in person or over the phone - Be informed of upcoming promotions, specials, and events in the store - Order parts as quickly as possible from authorized suppliers - Manage returns and warranties - Stock shelves and displays - Manage inventory and all other related tasks (cleaning, restocking, merchandising, inventory)*** Requirements : - Experience with microfiche research is an important asset - Experience in a comparable parts position is an asset *** Full group insurance after 3 months *** WE LOOK FORWARD TO MEETING YOU ****** The use of the masculine gender is intended to lighten the text and make it easier to read ****** Excel Personnel Inc. acts as a third party in the recruitment process.
