We are looking to hire a parts clerk for our loyal customer, a leader in the recreational vehicle industry. *** Your tasks will mainly consist of : Provide excellent customer service Demonstrate a constant commitment to meeting customer needs Be able to handle customers who are concerned or uncertain about their purchases, either in person or over the phone Be informed of upcoming promotions, specials, and events in the store Order parts as quickly as possible from authorized suppliers Manage returns and warranties Stock shelves and displays Manage inventory and all other related tasks (cleaning, restocking, merchandising, inventory)*** Requirements : - Experience with microfiche research is an important asset - Experience in a comparable parts position is an asset *** Full group insurance after 3 months *** WE LOOK FORWARD TO MEETING YOU ****** The use of the masculine gender is intended to lighten the text and make it easier to read ****** Excel Personnel Inc. acts as a third party in the recruitment process.
