JCL INC is looking for one (1) Construction Labourer (Form Setter) to join our Calgary team This position is a permanent position and is in the English language. This position is a lead hand position leading a crew of form setters on a job site and reporting to the supervisor.

Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials and move materials around work site
- Assist in erecting and forming residential foundations using a “Duraform” concrete forming system.
- Remove debris and other construction waste and tools and other equipment from construction site
- Be a leader in your crew as a lead hand under the supervision of the site supervisor
- Take direction from the supervisor on site to help with the completion of each project
- Strip forms after concrete has been set up
- Perform other activities at construction sites as required
Compensation
$28.00 per hour for 40 hours per week + OT if required
Education Requirements
- Secondary education
- Class 5 Driver’s license is an asset
Experience Required
- One (1) to two (2) years direct construction experience is an asset
- Proven leadership skills
