Join the dynamic field of casino security as an Assistant Security Manager. This role requires strong leadership and operational oversight in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Reporting to the Security & OHS Manager, you'll lead by example while ensuring the precise execution of departmental functions. With a focus on consistent operational processes, you will enhance team performance and drive improvements within security operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise shifts and guide security operations
- Respond to incidents effectively, documenting as necessary
- Maintain strong situational awareness throughout the casino
- Oversee training, scheduling, and compliance-related tasks
- Identify and address operational gaps efficiently
- At least 3 years in a security supervisory role
- Related post-secondary education preferred
- Experience in conflict resolution and incident management
- Standard First Aid Level C certification required
- Ability to secure AGLC Gaming Registration
