Agence de Placement Trésor Inc. is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients, a well-established industrial manufacturing organization, for a Robotics and Automation Technician / Specialist. The successful candidate will help develop, implement, and optimize robotic manufacturing processes and support the company’s automation strategy.
Develop and manage the implementation of new robotic and automated processes.
Prepare technical and cost proposals for robotic systems; Create mechanical drawings for robotic cell accessories.
Program robotic systems to enable new product families and production requirements.
Maintain and optimize existing robotic processes to ensure optimal performance.
Develop and update preventive maintenance plans for robotic equipment.
Coordinate automation projects with internal teams and external partners.
Contribute to the automation and robotics master plan; identify opportunities and recommend project prioritization.
Provide technical training to production staff.
College diploma or bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Automation, or a related field.
More than 5 years of experience in robotics and industrial automation.
Experience in robotic programming and project coordination.
