Your responsibilities will include preparing budgets, fostering a culture of engagement, and liaising with hospitals. Your leadership skills will be vital in coaching team members and managing resources effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Accounts Payable team
- Contribute to budget planning for the AP Centre
- Manage onboarding and development of new staff
- Liaise with finance managers in hospitals
- Implement best practices in AP processing
- Post-secondary degree in Business or Accounting
- At least 5-7 years of accounting or audit experience
- 1-2 years in a management role
- Strong analytical and leadership capabilities
- Knowledge of financial software and compliance standards
