Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth and strategic sales initiatives
- Motivate and guide the sales team effectively
- Oversee P&L performance and inventory assessments
- Enhance customer experience through relationship building
- Train and develop sales staff for peak performance
- 2+ years of sales experience in retail
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in communication and problem-solving
- Fluency in Mandarin for customer interactions
