Our team is growing, and we are seeking a talented *Litigation Lawyer* to join our dynamic litigation group. *The Opportunity* This position offers the opportunity to join a diverse litigation practice with mentorship and support from senior counsel. You will work on a wide range of matters including commercial disputes, estate litigation, employment law, and general civil litigation. We are looking for a lawyer who is confident in court, committed to delivering excellent client service, and eager to contribute to our collegial and community-focused culture. *Key Responsibilities** Manage all aspects of litigation files, including client consultations, pleadings, discovery, mediations, and trials * Provide sound legal advice and practical solutions to clients * Work collaboratively with colleagues across practice areas to support clients' broader legal needs * Participate in firm initiatives, professional development, and community engagement activities * Uphold, promote and demonstrate our Firm core values, Integrity, Excellence and Innovation *Qualifications** 4 plus years of post-call experience in litigation (commercial or civil)* Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia (or eligible for transfer)* Strong research, drafting, and advocacy skills * Demonstrated ability to manage files independently and efficiently * Experience before courts and tribunals will be considered an asset * Excellent communication, judgment, and client relationship skills *Why Join FH&P Lawyers LLP* We offer an attractive and comprehensive compensation package, including: * Competitive salary and performance-based bonus' * Extended health benefits, including a health and wellness program * Generous vacation entitlement and paid sick days * Firm-paid professional dues and paid parking * RRSP program with Firm matching * Modern office space in Kelowna's Landmark District * Opportunities to participate in community groups, events, and committees – we are _rooted in community.
