Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (J.D.). Current member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia. Two to five (2–5) years of relevant legal experience. Strong advocacy skills supported by sound judgment, conflict resolution abilities, and effective negotiation techniques. Excellent research and writing skills with the ability to analyze and navigate complex legal issues. Proven client management and practice management capabilities. A self‑motivated mindset with the ability to work collaboratively with lawyers and support staff. A genuine interest in becoming engaged in the local community to build professional connections, generate referrals, and help expand your practice.
