- Contribute engineering content to bids and proposals
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team
- 3+ years of Systems Engineering experience
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in requirement management tools like DOORS
- Understanding of MBSE practices and tools
- Security clearance eligibility for Canada
