Product Marketing Manager

Overview:
Global X is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Product Marketing Manager with a focus on Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience and completion of Level 1 CFA is considered an asset but not mandatory. Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager will support product marketing and ensure the ongoing success of our ETF lineup. This person will work closely with the Investment Product Team, ETF Strategist, and Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate fund data, including performance metrics, holdings, and characteristics on website and in product marketing collateral.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows, data collections and reporting/distribution.
- Use different data sources (Morningstar, Bloomberg) to create comprehensive reports, and dashboards to support decision-making processes and sales inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide essential support for the sales team, including supporting the development of marketing collateral, presentations, and completing competitive data comparisons on a daily, monthly and quarterly timeframe.
- Assist in the preparation of updates and timely research on significant market and/or industry events, including keeping track of new developments and noteworthy market news, particularly on Preferred List firms and products.
- Ensure that all product marketing materials and communications comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Cross-functional collaboration with various teams, including marketing, product development, sales, and compliance, to execute marketing strategies effectively.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, finance, or a related field;
level CFA 1 is an asset - Have a strong understanding of financial markets and ETF ecosystem in Canada.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and data platforms, including Morningstar, Fundata, and CRM systems.
- Approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience in investments management or product marketing within the financial services industry
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and compelling insights through MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, or other relevant tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
