The Marketing Coordinator, Meetings, and Events will provide administrative and logistical support for conferences, meetings, and event initiatives.
This is a 5-month contract position
Support the coordination and execution of meetings, conferences, and events.
Assist with logistics such as travel coordination, shipping materials, meeting schedules, and on-site event support.
Maintain records related to consultant and speaker activities, reimbursements, and event documentation.
Process invoices, maintain expense records, and provide administrative support for budget tracking.
Support the development of event-related marketing materials and communications.
Work with internal teams to support event preparation and communications.
Organize and maintain contact databases including attendees, vendors, and stakeholders.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
1+ years of administrative, marketing, event coordination, or related experience preferred.
~ Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
~ Ability to travel occasionally as required for events and meetings.
