As a Member Services Representative on a 12-month contract, you will play a critical role in enhancing member experiences. Your focus will be on accurate communication, effective problem-solving, and compassionate service. You will collaborate within a strong team, contribute to continued service excellence, and play a part in the organization's growth across Canada. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to member inquiries via phone and email
- Assist with claims and coverage questions professionally
- Investigate complex inquiries with care and detail
- Process health and dental claims accurately
- Manage internal inquiries from staff and sales offices
- Completion or near completion of post-secondary education
- Strong data-entry skills with number-pad proficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage a fast-paced workload with composure
