Lead the design and configuration of SAP S/4HANA solutions for the Order to Cash (O2C) process.
• Create detailed process maps for order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and customer payments, aligning with business objectives and SAP best practices.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Implement and configure O2C processes such as sales order processing, pricing, delivery, invoicing, credit management, and customer payments.
• Ensure seamless integration of O2C with related modules, including Finance (FI), Material Management (MM), and Warehouse Management (WM).
• Address issues related to billing, pricing, credit checks, and revenue recognition.
• System Configuration & Customization:
• Configure SAP S/4HANA to meet specific requirements for O2C processes, including sales order creation, customer master data management, and pricing strategies.
• Implement enhancements to existing configurations and ensure continuous improvement of the system.
• Project Leadership & Support:
• Lead SAP O2C-related projects, including new implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and external consultants to ensure successful delivery of O2C solutions.
• Provide ongoing post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for O2C processes within SAP S/4HANA.
• Act as the subject matter expert for O2C, working closely with finance, logistics, and IT teams to align SAP solutions with business strategies.
• Participate in workshops, training sessions, and change management activities to ensure successful user adoption.
