As a Cook with Panda Restaurant Group, you will prepare dishes to company standards and help maintain a welcoming restaurant environment. You will guide kitchen team members, assist with training, and perform Back of House responsibilities. Some high school education and preferably Operations experience are requested.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare dishes according to company recipes and standards
- Support a vibrant, welcoming environment for guests
- Guide kitchen team members during restaurant operations
- Assist with kitchen team training activities
- Perform all Back of House responsibilities
Requirements:
- Some high school education
- Preferred Operations experience
- Food Handler certification meeting local requirements
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Bring recipe accuracy, kitchen guidance, and Back of House capability to Panda Restaurant Group’s Chinese dining kitchens.
