As an Assistant Controller, reporting to the Controller, you will utilize your CPA designation and technical expertise to lead a dedicated finance team. With a focus on improving financial processes and delivering precise reporting, you will also provide insights that guide operational decisions and project strategies. This position demands a combination of technical skills and the ability to mentor junior professionals. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a finance team of junior and intermediate professionals
- Deliver accurate and timely monthly financial reporting and analysis
- Oversee financial control systems and transaction-processing activities
- Prepare annual financial statements and work with external auditors
- Manage working capital through accounts payable and receivable
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- CPA accounting designation required
- 5–8 years of relevant accounting and finance experience
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
