8 Month Contract Possible Extensions Hybrid Toronto 34/hr Our Client is seeking a versatile Business Analyst with strong Project Management skills to lead and manage digital initiatives end-to-end. This hybrid role involves gathering requirements, managing timelines, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver technology and content updates. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. Must-Have Qualifications • Experience: 2 years as a Business Analyst • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with digital applications, IT project lifecycle, and tools such as JIRA, Salesforce, Shopify, Webflow, or Sigma (not all required). • Skills: ○ Strong requirements documentation and user story creation. ○ Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. ○ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ○ Agile methodology experience. • Mindset: Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable decoding complex conversations into clear requirements. Nice to Haves: Certifications: CBAP, CCBA, PMP, or CSM. • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and content management systems. • Understanding of APIs, databases, and system integration concepts. • Experience in CPG, manufacturing, or e-commerce environments.
