Role:- Business Analyst Location:- Toronto, ON – Onsite Duration:- 6+ Month Contract Job Description:10+ Years as BA API/Distributed knowledge is required. Understanding of IBM Mainframe, JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint will be helpful Having domain knowledge in terms of investment plans and products will also be an asset. Advanced knowledge of system analysis process and techniques, as well as an understanding of system components, functionality, interfaces, data flows and business rules. Work closely with business partners and other groups of diverse subject matter experts and stakeholders understand business requirements and to propose technical system solutions to accomplish them Define, document (including use of visual diagrams) and translate business requirements into detailed system requirements and technical and functional specifications while also taking into account non-functional requirements. Ability to work with technology partners to research and analyze current state system capabilities and define technology solutions options and recommendations Assist testing team members in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results. Contribute to POD's success by assisting the PO in effort estimation, identifying risks and recommending mitigation measures etc. Experience working in Agile delivery practice Coach new or less experienced colleagues and serve as a reference point throughout requirements management life cycle. Domain knowledge, including familiarity with R-Wealth (Broadridge product) will be an asset. Debit cards and debit payments would be an asset
