About the Role We are looking for a Technical Lead – Full Stack Development with expertise in .NET technologies to lead and mentor a team of developers and support engineers. This role involves hands-on development, architecture design, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of developers across geographies. Drive design reviews, approve technical solutions, and ensure coding standards. Develop complex modules and provide technical guidance. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Manage SLAs for application availability and incident resolution. Troubleshoot performance issues across infrastructure, database, and application layers. Support CI/CD, Agile, and Sprint processes. Maintain strong client-facing engagement. Technical Skills Mandatory: .NET Framework, .NET Core (C#), VB.Net, ASP.Net, SQL Server, MongoDB, AWS S3 & Lambda. Experience with RESTful services, Entity Framework, LINQ. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React). Good to have: Snowflake, PHP, WordPress, MySQL, Python, Git, CI/CD pipelines. Required Experience 8–10 years in software development and leadership roles. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Application development certifications (Microsoft, AWS) preferred.
