In the role of Technical IT Supervisor, you will be primarily responsible to manage the identification and resolution of high-level technical issues. More precisely, you will have to : Handle highly complex technical issues that could not be resolved by Level 1 or Level 2 technicians ; Provide high-level technical support for specific systems and applications ; Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of IT projects ; Supervise and train Level 1 and Level 2 technicians ; Contribute to the improvement of IT processes and systems by proposing innovative solutions ; Manage user access rights across systems and networks, ensuring appropriate permissions are granted according to each role ; Participate in the evaluation, selection, and deployment of new technologies to enhance the company's IT infrastructure ; Develop and maintain scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency ; Collaborate closely with other IT teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution ; Perform any other related duties as required. REQUIREMENTS Hold a college diploma in computer science, an attestation of college studies in computer science, or any other equivalent training ; Have 6 to 10 years of experience in a similar role ; Demonstrated experience in supervising a technical team ; Be fluent in French and English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with our partners outside of Quebec ; Knowledge of IT project management ; Ability to resolve complex technical issues ; Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ; Knowledge of database management ; Understanding of CCNA (CISCO) certification ; Solid grasp of technical aspects related to the field of activity ; Strong priority management skills ; Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously ; Capacity to work effectively under pressure ; Strong interpersonal communication skills ; Display excellent organizational abilities ; Enjoy working collaboratively and effectively within a team environment.
