The position owns business-side readiness and cutover activities for a major SAP S/4HANA implementation. You will coordinate manufacturing, supply chain, data migration, interfaces, validation, infrastructure, training, and support workstreams. The work requires ERP experience, SAP go-live leadership, stakeholder management, and accountability across complex dependencies.

Develop consolidated business readiness and cutover plansAlign business plans with the technical cutover planTrack data quality, remediation, risks, and ownershipOwn Go/No-Go criteria and readiness updatesPrepare Hypercare support and command-centre coverageRequirements:
10+ years of ERP experienceAt least one SAP S/4HANA projectExperience supporting three to five major SAP go-livesBusiness readiness, cutover, and production go-live leadershipComplex workstream coordination and stakeholder-management skillsBring SAP S/4HANA, business cutover, data readiness, and stakeholder leadership to IG’s regulated manufacturing go-live.
