Drive healthcare improvements as a Program Relations Manager with Cencora. Your mission: support health care professionals and streamline patient support programs while enhancing communication and navigation across the system. Cencora seeks a skilled Program Relations Manager with at least five years in healthcare or the pharmaceutical industry. This pivotal role serves as the main contact for healthcare providers, coordinating essential patient support services. You will build relationships with physicians, assist in reimbursement activities, and monitor patient journeys. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for healthcare professionals
- Communicate updates and requirements to PSPs and HCPs
- Facilitate information flow to improve patient support
- Collect patient information and clinical data effectively
- Coordinate reimbursement activities with PSPs or insurers
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field
- Minimum five years’ experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical
- PSP and case management experience preferred
- Valid Driver's License for regional travel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
